By clicking or placing an order with “ Akky International” means that you have read, understood and accepted the terms of services and guidelines of sale.

All the prices listed are Tax Included and displayed in Japanese yen.

Orders Conditions

¨        Japan Territory

       Orders placed within Japan for products in stock will be attended in 3 or 4 days.

       All products will be delivered via a trusted Company. Please note that due to some circumstances the

       delivery could be delayed or stopped.

       The delivery service does not include any kind of setting, adjust or fitting.

¨        Overseas

       For Orders placed from other countries, please send us an e-mail to online-inquire@akky-jp.com

       We will contact you as soon as possible.

           *Please note that some products cannot be shipped to some countries.

         Orders placed from other countries will be delivered as soon as we confirm the payment

       via Bank Transfer.

Your electronic receipt confirms the reception of your order, however does not indicate our Order Acceptance.

We will contact as soon as possible to give you more information about your order.

 

Even though the product is not labeled as "Out of Stock" depending on the received time your order could not be attended.  We will contact you as soon as posible.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason.

  

Limitation of Liability

Akky International will not be responsible for any loss of use or misuse caused by any product. This condition includes (but not limited to) loss data, business lost or any other indirect damage product or personal injury caused.

 

Typographical Errors

We are in an effort to provide the correct information and description of the products offered in our site. In case of human errors or incorrect information provided by manufacturers some products specifications or prices will be affected.

If some price mistake is found, we will reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order.

We will also contact you to explain the circumstances and provide you the “real price”

Payment

Our payment system will depend on the delivery place.

¨        Within Japan

-        Cash on Delivery (C.O.D) via Sagawa Express Delivery Service

-        Credit Card on Delivery (4% will be added on product top price)

-        Bank Transfer (Prepaid)

¨        Overseas delivery

-        Bank Transfer.

 

Warranty Period and Terms

All products are warranted and our Warranty system is based as follows:

    One (1) year Warranty provided by the Manufacturer.

¨        This Warranty could be International or Japanese Warranty.

(Details are explained on the Warranty Card)

¨        Note that even though the product has International Limited Warranty provided by the manufacturer, there are countries or areas where this service will not be available.

     Six (6) months Japanese Limited Warranty, provided by Akky International.

¨        Products without Manufacturer Warranty

 

Our Warranty System will not cover any customer support for additional software installation, software use, or peripherals set-up.

 

Defective Products

If the product has initial defects due to Hardware malfunction within 2 Weeks after your purchase, it will be checked and if necessary exchanged with a new product or a similar. If the product is discontinued or the replace one is not available we may repair the product.

How to make effective the Warranty

Manufacturers Warranty card (if provided) must accompany the product to be checked or repaired.

If the Manufacturers Warranty was not provided, please present the receipt or the Delivery Invoice as a Proof of Purchase.

Please note that even though the product is still in Warranty,  the customer will be responsible for the repair charges due to the conditions explained below:

¨        If the product was damaged due to mishandling, misuse or any accidental drop during its use or transportation.

¨        If the damage was caused by an unusual power supply or any natural phenomenon like an earthquake, thunderstorm, etc.

¨        If the damage was caused by any peripherals or parts added to the product.

¨        If the product was damage due to any mistake during the installation or improper maintenance.

¨        If the manufacturer or we determines that the user caused the damage.

 

Order Cancellation

As a policy we are able to accept cancellations of purchased products just if they are under the conditions explained below:

¨        The returned product must be shipped back to the store within 7 days after received and previous telephone call or e-mail to online-inquire@akky-jp.com

¨        The package must be unopened, please do not stick or write anything over the item box.

¨        Computer Software, Video Game Software, Memory Card are returnable if they are unopened. Defective products will be exchanged for the same title.

If the return item does not match the criteria above, we will not accept it.

Also note that the delivery-back fee as well as the Bank transfer costs will be paid by the customer

 

Restrictions

¨      No cancelations of orders made for special products will be accepted.

¨        We will not accept any return of Ink Cartridges, Batteries or any other consumable product.

¨        Watches bracelets or any other item adjusted at the time of purchase will not be accepted at any circumstances.
